Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Chaim vacationed in Asheville with his family several years in a row before taking the plunge to realize their mountain lifestyle dreams in early 2018. They were lured here by the magnificent beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the kindness and adventurousness of the people, and the superior beer brewed using these mountain waters.

Chaim’s here to make your family’s Western North Carolina dreams come true! Tired of the four-hour commute back and forth each day to his day job managing a high school textbook publishing company, Chaim and his wife Katy renovated their 1931 Long Island, NY home themselves and sold it for a large profit, paying off Katy’s NYU graduate school student loans. Through the process of buying, flipping, selling, and buying again, Chaim realized his true passion is real estate. He made it his mission to become the best of the best full-time professional real estate agents in the area. When he’s not helping people fulfill their WNC real estate dreams, you’ll find him exploring the area’s unmatched hiking and water activities, trying out a new brewery or restaurant, listening to live music, competing in a trivia night, and enjoying time at home with Katy, their son Asher, and their two shelter-adopted cats Olive and Honey. They’re active members of The Chabad House of Asheville, a synagogue downtown, and managed the renovation of its new building when they first moved to town.
